The Hypocrite at Hull Truck Theatre Ticket Giveaway Terms and
Conditions

The prize draw opens for entries on Friday 3rd March 2017. The closing date for
entries is Sunday 5th March 2017 at 23:59pm.

This promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain (UK Mainland and Northern
Ireland) except employees of MKM Building Supplies, Hull Truck, Hull UK City of
Culture 2017 or members, families, agents or anyone associated with this
promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter
may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose
and the prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the
verification.

Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified. No
incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if
they comply with all entry instructions.

To enter this MKM Building Supplies promotion on Facebook, entrants will need to
‘like’ the competition post and submit a comment on the MKM Facebook page.

To enter this MKM Building Supplies promotion on Twitter, entrants will need to
retweet and follow @mkmbs.

Entry to this competition is via MKM’s Twitter or Facebook pages only and no other
form of entry will be accepted.

There will be one winner for each day of the competition. Only one entry per person
per day will be counted. If an entrant has been selected as a winner for one day, they
cannot win again.

Entries not submitted in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid and will
not be entered in the draw.

The Promoters cannot be held responsible for a breakdown in communication
systems or networks that may result in an entry not being registered.

The winners will be picked from all valid entries after the closing date and will be
notified via their method of entry by Monday 6th March at 23:59pm.

The winners must confirm whether he or she wishes to claim the prize by Tuesday
7th March at 23:59pm. If the winners fail to do so, the winner shall forfeit the prize
and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant.

There will be three winners in total and each winner will receive one pair of tickets
to the 7:30pm performance of The Hypocrite at Hull Truck Theatre, Ferensway, Hull.

Winners must be available to collect their tickets from the Hull Truck Theatre Box
Office prior to the performance.

The promoter reserves the right to vary the contents of the prize subject to
availability.

No alternative prize is available except that in the event of circumstances outside of
The Promoter’s control.

Prize Winner may be required to take part in publicity.

By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these
terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the
promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right
unreasonably.

The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in
participating in this promotion.
