As we discussed on the phone (last month, I believe), and as noticed in our letter of March 15, 2012,
which you attached to your email to me, Subject 2 of CCSB Docket 2012-2 proposes to cancel NMFC
item 63170 with reference to the density-based provisions of item 63160. Here is a link to our analysis
of the proposal:

No action has yet been taken on the proposal. As stated in our March 15 letter, the proposal will be
considered at the CCSB’s public meeting on Tuesday, May 1, 2012. You are a party of record to the
proposal, and as such, you will be sent written notice of the action taken at the meeting by the CCSB.
