Grape and Apple Picking in Iiyama, Nagano
Get off the Hokuriku Shinkansen at Iiyama Station, and walk for 10 minutes. Then you
are at Shiozaki Farm to experience grape and apple picking!
You can pick grapes from early August to October (Harvest time in order: Niagara,
Campbell, Kyoho, seedless Kyoho, Pione, Steuben).
The apple season is from late August to December (Harvest time in order: Sun
Tsugaru, Akibae, Kogyoku, Sekai Ichi, Yoko, Shinano Sweet, Shinano Gold, Orin, Sun
Fuji).
You can pick delicious fruit in the best season. There is no time limit. Tools are
available.
