Log in to the Portal Left Click on the Gear Icon in upper right hand corner to Open Tools Left Click on Compatibility View Settings A box will popup and tmghealth.org should be under “Add the website”. Click Add, it will drop to the “Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View box.” Close the box, Log out and back in. The Name & Date of Birth search should now work.
