Worship Services Judgement is God’s Job St Peter’s Lutheran Church Wait for the Lord and he will make things right. Sunday, 12 March Proverbs 20:22 Combined Parishes Service at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Some of you are in a courtroom. The courtroom of complaint. Some of you are rehashing the same hurt every chance you get with anyone who will listen. For you I have this question: Who made you God? I don’t mean to be cocky , but why are you doing his work for him? “Vengeance is Mine,” God declared. “I will repay” Judgement is God’s job. To assume otherwise is to assume God can’t do it. Reverence is irreverent. To forgive someone is to display reverence. Forgiveness is not saying the one who hurt you was right. Forgiveness is stating that God is faithful and he will do what is right. 10am St John St, Launceston Launceston 10am Sunday, 19 March 10am Chapel Services Eastside Lutheran College Friday, 10 March When God Whispers Your Name Primary 1.40pm by Secondary 2.30pm Max Lucado Friday, 17 March Primary 1.40pm Secondary 2.30pm 15 Acorn Drive, Warrane (PO Box 279 Rosny Park TAS 7018 Phone 03 62446885 Fax 6244 7339 [email protected] From the Principal College Contact details – Please ensure that contact details (phone numbers, email addresses of families are kept up to date. Like most adults I dislike forms as they seem tedious and appear to take our time to fill them out. Unfortunately in all organisations, especially with multiple persons involved including schools, it is very important that forms be filled in for a variety of reasons. Administrators don’t especially enjoy forms as they need to be collated and filed away. Two forms the administration are still awaiting for a 100% response are the General Consent form and the Media Permission form. Please ensure these forms are completed and returned to the College asap. Students who have not returned the General Consent form will not be permitted to attend any excursions for legal reasons.
