Frosting:
1 large c u p crushed pineapple
2 cups sugar
2 eggs beaten
2 V2 Tbsp. flour
1 stick oleo
For c o k e , mix oil ir^gredients a n d b e a t a t m e d i u m
speed for 5 minutes, Grease a n d flour t u b e p a n or c o o k
in t w o layers a t 350° until d o n e .
For frosting, stir until thickened. Let cool a t bit. Spread
over c a k e .

Fannie Cannon
Cake:
1 yellow c a k e mix
2 whole eggs
V2 c u p water
2 or 3 bananas
C h o p p e d nuts (optional)
Butter Icing:
1 c u p butter (softened)
3 V2 cups sifted powdered
sugar
2 Tbsp. c r e a m (evaporated
milk)
1 tsp. vanilla
C o m b i n e c a k e mix, eggs, water a n d bananas. The
mixer will mash the b a n a n a s w h e n mixing. Do not w i p e
beaters b e c a u s e of t h e b a n a n a strings. Beat for 5 minutes
on m e d i u m speed. Bake in 2 9" pans a t 350° for 25-30
minutes.
For icing mix all ingredients until smooth a n d c r e a m y .
You m a y a d d nuts t o icing. Spread evenly over c a k e .
