Dressed in their finest evening attire, attendees enjoyed a delicious meal, visited with friends, and danced the night away to tunes spun by DJ Kevin Dobbs of Global Spinners. Once again, two individuals were crowned King and Queen of the event. Malik Session and Leeza Palmer, participants in the Work Readiness Program, were elected Malik Session and Leeza Palmer are all smiles after King and Queen by their friends and co-workers, who being crowned King and Queen of the Snowflake Ball. voted throughout Desert Haven. Both were very surprised and happy to have been selected. Malik and Leeza enjoyed their first dance together and were then joined on the dance floor by Prince Edward Harrison and Princess Zanae Sells of Project Independence. The Royal Court was announced by Desert Haven Executive Director Jenni Moran and crowned by PI Coordinator Lorraine McKesson and Counselor Veronica Ramirez.
