QUALIFICATION PERIOD: MAY 2015–MARCH 2016
TRIP DATE: SUNDAY, JUNE 12–THURSDAY, JUNE 16, 2016

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. As of 4/30/15, if the highest achieved rank is between Brand Partner and Executive Director,
participant must be an actual “Paid As” NMD or higher in March 2016.
2. As of 4/30/15, if the highest achieved rank is RMD, participant must qualify as an actual “Paid As” NMD for two months, with one
month during the period 5/1/15–2/28/16, AND participant must be a “Paid As” NMD or higher in March 2016.
3. As of 4/30/15, if highest achieved rank is NMD, 1-Star NMD or 2-Star NMD, participant must qualify to be paid as an NMD
or higher for five out of eleven monthly periods between 5/1/15–3/31/16 and must personally sponsor at least one new Brand
Partner leg and accumulate a total of 50,000 Qualifying Volume (QV) in the new leg(s) in the Enrollment Tree. This volume is to be
accumulated between 5/1/15–3/31/16 from the top of each personally sponsored leg in the Enrollment Tree, not the Placement
Tree, between 5/1/15–3/31/16. Participant must be an actual “Paid As” NMD or higher in March 2016. Top of Enrollment Tree leg
must be enrolled between 5/1/15–3/31/16. No volume will be counted from any Brand Partner whose enrollment date is 4/30/15
or earlier. A Brand Partner who is moved into an Enrollment Tree whose enrollment date is prior to 4/30/15 will not be counted in the
accumulated total.
4. As of 4/30/15, if highest achieved rank is 3-Star NMD or higher, the participant must be a “Paid As” 3-Star NMD or higher in March 2016.
Participants must meet above qualifications between 5/1/15–3/31/16. Account must be in good standing with the company. Grace
period does not apply.

Q: WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE NERIUM REAL VACATION: 2016 CANCUN?
A: June 12–16, 2016.
Q: ARE CHILDREN INVITED TO ATTEND?
A: The Nerium Real Vacation is intended to be a networking opportunity among the leaders of the company. Guests must be at least 18
years old. No children under 18 are allowed.
Q: IS AIRFARE INCLUDED?
A: Yes. Airfare for the Nerium Real Vacation: 2016 Cancun is included.
Q: WHAT IF I DON’T REGISTER MY ATTENDANCE BY THE DESIGNATED DEADLINE?
A: If you do not register your attendance and book your airfare by the designated deadline, your qualification may be revoked, and
you will not be able to attend the trip.
Q: WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I REGISTER MY ATTENDANCE BY THE DEADLINE, BUT FAIL TO BOOK MY AIRFARE
WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIMEFRAME?
A: If you register your attendance but fail to book your airfare within the allotted timeframe, you will be responsible for the difference
in airfare. Airfare covered at the allotted timeframe will be documented, and you will be responsible for any amount over and
above the documented amount.
Q: WHO CAN I BRING AS MY GUEST?
A: You can bring anyone you would like as long as they are at least 18 years old. If you are bringing another Brand Partner, they
must be in good standing with the company.
Q: IF I CANCEL AND CANNOT ATTEND THE TRIP, CAN MY GUEST STILL ATTEND?
A: If you cancel and cannot attend the trip, your guest will NOT be able to attend. Your guest can only attend if you do.
Q: IF I QUALIFIED FOR THE TRIP BUT CANNOT ATTEND, CAN I TRANSFER THE TRIP TO SOMEONE ELSE?
A: No. The Nerium Real Vacation is non-transferrable. If you cannot attend, you forfeit your qualification.
Q: CAN I CHANGE MY GUEST AFTER AIRFARE HAS BEEN BOOKED?
A: Yes. However, you will be responsible for any fees incurred with the change in guest, including the cost of the original guest
airfare, unless the airfare is transferrable or refundable. Guest changes are highly discouraged.
Q: IF MY ACCOUNT IS NOT IN GOOD STANDING BUT I MEET THE VOLUME REQUIREMENTS, CAN I STILL
ATTEND THE TRIP?
A: No. One of the criteria is that your account must be in good standing. If your account is NOT in good standing, you cannot attend.
Q: IF THERE ARE TWO PEOPLE ON MY ACCOUNT, DO WE EACH GET TO INVITE A GUEST?
A: Each qualified account receives one double-occupancy room; it is up to the account holders to determine who the two people
attending will be. It could be both people listed on the account, or it could be one person listed on the account and one guest.
At least one account holder must attend.

Q: IS GROUND TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED?
A: Yes. Transportation to the hotel is included for you and your guest.
Q: IF I REGISTERED AS “NOT ATTENDING”, CAN I CHANGE MY STATUS TO “ATTENDING”?
A: You can change your status to “Attending” without penalty prior to the final registration deadline of May 30, 2016. If you
change your status to “Attending” after the deadline, approval is subject to availability, and you will be placed on a waiting list.
Q: DO I NEED A VALID PASSPORT TO ATTEND?
A: Yes. You must have a valid passport to attend.
Q: DO I NEED A VALID PASSPORT TO REGISTER MY ATTENDANCE AND BOOK MY AIRFARE?
A: No. You do not need to have a valid passport at the time you register your attendance or book your airfare. However, it is
recommended that you do. If you have ordered your passport but have not received it yet, please let us know so we can
document your file.
Q: IF I WAS “PAID AS” AN NMD DUE TO THE GRACE PERIOD, BUT DID NOT ACTUALLY REACH THE RANK ADVANCEMENT
QUALIFICATIONS FOR MARCH 2016, DO I STILL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS?
A: No. The grace period does not qualify you for trips, recognition or incentives.
Q: DOES MY QUALIFYING VOLUME HAVE TO COME FROM PERSONALLY SPONSORED LEGS?
A: If you are required to qualify under criteria option 3, then you must obtain at least 50,000 personal volume. In order to obtain personal
volume, you must have new enrollment legs to qualify.
