Glorious Christmas Worship And Welcome In Our Newly Renovated Nave
Christmas will be particularly glorious this year as we have the opportunity to share our newly
renovated space with friends, family and first-time visitors and to provide warm welcome and generous hospitality to visitors, travelers, and those seeking shelter from the cares of the world. As you
consider which of the four services you will attend on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, bear in mind,
that your handshake, your smile, may be for someone else, an experience of the very love of Christ.
Please make a special effort to look around at whatever service you choose, and warmly welcome
those you do not know. Also consider worship- ping at a service that is less crowded, to make space
at our most popular offering, which is the children’s pageant.
Our Christmas Eve services:
3:30 p.m. – Pageant, children’s homily, Christmas carols, Eucharist, candlelight
6:30 p.m. – Worship band, Christmas carols, homily, Eucharist, candlelight
9:30 p.m. – Organ, choral anthems, Christmas carols, homily, Eucharist, candlelight
Our Christmas Day service:
10 a.m. – Christmas carols, homily, Eucharist – friendly and informal.

Musical opportunities for everyone
We are all called to make music for our
Lord, with our voices and talents he has
given us on other instruments. However,
people say, “Oh, I can’t sing” or “Someone once told me to stop singing because I
sound so bad.”
Please know that in God’s eyes there is no
such thing as bad singing! Some of us may
be more challenged to match pitch. However, God gave all of us the ability to use our
vocal chords in a way that would please
Him. And we believe He intends for all of
us to use them.
So make a joyful noise in your participation
in worship! You will be blessed, our Lord
will be blessed, and our common body
will be blessed by the magnitude of sound
when all of our voices are lifted to Him in
praise. Go for it!
If you have questions, talk with our musicians.
