ORF RADIO-SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
The ORF Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra is a renowned, world-class orchestra that is closely connected to the Viennese tradition of orchestral
performance. The RSO regularly performs on two subscription series in the Vienna Musikverein and Konzerthaus and in addition appears annually at
major Austrian and international festivals. The musicians are also at home in the film music genre. Every year at the gala-concert series „Hollywood in
Vienna“, the RSO is conducted by the most reknown composers for Motion Pictures, such as Howard Shore, Alan Silvestri, James Horner or John Powell.

MAX STEINER ORCHESTRA
The Max Steiner Orchestra performs Film&Videogame music for both in-studio recording sessions and live performances.With selected musicians from the
most reputable orchestras in Vienna, the Max Steiner Orchestra offers a well-established ensemble of instrumental and vocal studio musicians with great
skills in sight-reading. Founded in 2013, the orchestra already had several studio- and live projects, including recording sessions for the german movie
„Der Clan, die Geschichte der Familie Wagner“ and with David Newman and Dennis Sands at the Vienna International Film Music Symposium. Live
concerts included a opera-galaconcert with Erwin Schrott and Charles Castronovo as well as a concert with Aleksey Igudesmann.

RECORDING VENUES & STUDIOS
The Funkhaus is an architectural gem in the 4th district in Vienna. It
was built between 1935 and 1939 and made use of a building that
had preciously occupied the site. It is one of the few noteworthy late
Art Deco buildings in Vienna; the architects in charge were Clemens
Holzmeister and Hermann Aichinger.
