Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Totally (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector,
announces that it has been notified today that Bob Holt, Chairman of Totally, yesterday
acquired nine ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the “Ordinary Shares”) at a
price of 70 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this share purchase, Mr. Holt is beneficially interested in 846,768 Ordinary Shares
which represents 4.23 per cent. of the current issued ordinary share capital of Totally.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse
Regulation, provides further detail.
