Important Message
from Tiah Workman
Society Admin Assistant Julie Boness and husband Clive went “back home” in August.
They spent a week in Dorset, England, visiting daughter Sam and Liam (15), Kyle (11),
and Georgia (6)—that’s Clive on the right—and another week in South Wales with son
Mike, wife Helen, and Jack (10), Holly, (6), and newest edition Max (2 months). They
enjoyed many day trips, picnics, and celebrating their eldest grandson’s 15th birthday!
The makers of M&M candies have
teamed with the Susan G. Komen
Breast Cancer Foundation to raise
funds through the sale of new pink
and white M&M candies in stores
nationwide. Please pick up a bag.
You will be donating to a great cause.

West Vancouver Notary George Watt
was active in the United Church, as was
his father Jack Watt, a founding member
of The Society. A cousin of West Van
Notary Jack Russell’s father, George

Prior to her commission as a BC Notary in
1988, Donna Worrall was a conveyancing
supervisor at a New Westminster law firm,
where Trevor Todd also practised. Donna
grew up in Chilliwack. Very involved
with the community, she was a certified
swimming official and member of the
Hyack Swim Club Board. As a Notary, she
practised in Vancouver and Ashcroft, sat on
several Society committees including the
Practice Advisory Committee, and roved
for Lower Mainland members. Donna died
peacefully at her dream home in Merritt.
She will be sadly missed by husband Jim,
daughter Kelly, son Brent, and five adored
grandchildren.
The Scrivener
Susan Bullock
June 27, 1948 – September 12, 2004
Born and raised in Edmonton, Susan
Bullock moved to Prince George in 1969.
Before being commissioned as a BC
Notary in 1977, Susan worked for a law
firm, then for Notary Ken Luttrell. This
strong, courageous woman was passionate
about her family and hiking, boating,
volunteering with Search and Rescue,
her community garden, and her Notary
practice. Susan is survived by her canine
companion Sabah, son Brad, and daughter
Amanda. She will be sadly missed by
family, friends, and the thousands of
clients who visited her regularly.
