Introduction
The dedicated myTNT environment is a secured area within the TNT website, which offers you easy access to
more detailed and personalised shipment information. Within myTNT you will find the following functions:
mySettings allows you to save time when you use myTNT by allowing you to store your preferences and any
data that you regularly use when you are sending consignments.
Address Book saves you time by storing all of the addresses that you need. You can even import addresses from
another address book.
Create Shipment allows you to quickly prepare your shipment whilst all of your shipping data is forwarded
automatically to TNT.
Collection is part of the Create Shipment function. myTNT will show you which collections have already been
arranged, and prompt you to arrange one if necessary. There’s no need for phone calls, myTNT arranges for the
collection and then sends you confirmation.
Documentation is created automatically, as part of the Create Shipment function.
Shipping Manager allows you to review your shipping history quickly and easily. It can help you to track
shipments, print or re-print documentation and copy one shipment to be used as a template for future shipments.
Get a Quote allows you to access details of our services, estimate arrival times and cost. Simply input your
shipping requirements and receive an automatic quotation.
Tracking enables you to track all of your shipments within the Track by Account function. Using myTNT
to track your shipments provides you with a greater level of detail than ever before.
