THE FOLLOWING BUFFETS HAVE BEEN CREATED FOR YOUR EVENT PLANNING CONVENIENCE. ALL ARE
AVAILABLE FOR LUNCH OR EVENING. ALL BUFFETS INCLUDE A BEVERAGE STATION FEATURING: ICED
TEA – LEMONADE – WATER – COFFEE
Simply Summer Buffet
Your choice of: Two entrees, two accompaniments, mixed greens salad, and oven baked rolls

GARDEN PARK BUFFET
Your choice of: Two entrees, three accompaniments, mixed greens salad, and oven baked rolls
Lunch - $17.50 pp.
Dinner - $20.50 pp.
PLATINUM BUFFET
Your choice of: Three entrees, three accompaniments, mixed greens salad, and oven baked dinner rolls.
With the platinum buffet, you can add one entrée from the following list as well.

Please note: if you have a specific menu item you do not see listed, please let us know and we will do our
best to accommodate your wish!
LINEN SERVICE- We will provide linen for all food areas. In the event you wish to order linens there
is an additional fee per table.
GUARANTEE COUNTS- A final guest count is required seven days prior to your event. We will
prepare for this number plus 5%. Any meal served after 4 p.m. will be referred to as dinner. Parties less
than 50 may be subject to an additional staffing charge.
SERVICE CHARGE- A 17% service charge will be added to all food and beverage charges.
REMOVAL OF FOOD- We regret that any unconsumed food during the event may not be removed
from the serving location. This is due to Board of Health regulations.
CANCELLATIONS- Please notify the CATERING office of all cancellations as soon as possible.
Events or menu items cancels less than three business days prior to event date will be billed 100% of the
invoice.
ORDERING TIME LINE- In order for us to properly prepare for your function, events for 30 or more
must be arranged two weeks prior to day of event. If shorter notice we will do our best to accommodate
you, however we cannot guarantee.

event.
