iLearn Quick Reference Guide Improved Features Improved View and Navigation The easy-to-use dashboard view allows you to access all of your training options from a single page. Everything you need is just a click away! Improved SF-182 Forms You can now save SF-182 forms while they are still in progress. If you realize you don’t have all of the needed information, you can save the form and return at your convenience. Additional help is available directly on the form. Your Learning Plan is now your “To-Do List” The new To-Do List makes it easy to find, sort, and view your learning items. You can readily track your progress and retrieve information about your learning and development. The Learning History is now “Completed Work” Your Completed Work is a historical record of all completed learning and development activities. The improved interface allows you to easily find your completed learning activities. 1 Profile Access your Profile to set or change your current supervisor. 2 1 2 Alerts 3 4 Respond to pending approvals, course evaluations, and other alerts. 3 To-Do List The To-Do List displays a consolidated view of your tasks that are upcoming or overdue. 4 Easy Links 5 Easy Links allow you to quickly navigate to commonly accessed functions such as SF182 requests and iLearn Support. 5 Status Pods Status Pods allow you to view your progress on learning activities. Access iLearn To-Do List You can access iLearn anywhere in the world. All you need is an internet connection. Just open your browser and go to: The To-Do List displays a consolidated view of tasks that are upcoming or overdue. Search for specific items in your To-Do List using the Search box. https://ilearnnrc.plateau.com Note: Do not access iLearn through Citrix. Check My Computer You can filter the To-Do List to show only the items you want to view. For the best experience with iLearn, make sure your computer meets the minimum iLearn requirements. You can check compatibility using the Check My Computer link in the Easy Links section. By default, the To-Do List shows the List View, which displays your items together. You can switch to Card View to display more information for each of your items. iLearn Support You can find tips and online job aids for using iLearn by clicking on the iLearn Support link. A live help desk is available to answer your questions as well. Finding Learning Items Completed Work Use the Search box to find learning items. If you have identified a subject for your search you can also browse the Catalog. When you complete a learning activity, iLearn saves it to your Completed Work. This is a historical list of all the activities and tasks that you have completed. Click Catalog to browse the catalog Enter your criteria and click Search to find courses by keyword. Changing Supervisor To change your supervisor, click on your name at the top of the home page. At the bottom of the screen, you will see your employee information. Click the edit icon to change your Supervisor. Edit Icon You can search for learning items in your Completed Work by typing keywords into the Title field. You can filter your completed work by date. Use the Show Completions dropdown to specify the date range to display.
