Please examine the submissions under/attached sent to Federal and State Health Ministers and conduct an immediate investigation into the
professional affairs of psychiatrist Andrea Walker as outlined.
Of most urgent interest is psychiatrist Walker’s written and verbal PUBLIC statements to QCAT that Garth Daniels’ father Bernard does not possess the
capacity to make decisions for his son Garth and that Bernard Daniels makes unreasonable decisions for his son Garth.
Such outrageous public allegations are utterly defamatory and were roundly rejected by the QCAT Chair on psychiatrist Walker’s failed attempt to take
lawful guardianship from Garth’s appointed guardian and father.
The QCAT Chair stated such remarks were “very serious” in nature indeed and they were roundly rejected.
The point of the Chair’s response was that such remarks are a serious claim of inferred mental incapacity and poor decision making which is not only
an inappropriate action but the seriousness nature of such claims is that there is no precedent in law or civil society for such a seeming attempted
appropriation of power over a free citizen in a free democracy.
This appears is in effect a full public psychiatric diagnosis of Barnard Daniels declaring him intellectually-mentally impaired and seemingly merely
because he disagrees with some aspects of her treatments regime.
If this appalling act were legitimized in any way it has the dangerous destructive potential for ANY person to have such a most serious apparent
whimsical unfounded psychiatric’s deceptive diagnosis attempted and effected. Such an act in the name and the administration of your organization’s
work must be fully immediately investigated for its potential damage.
Such an investigation must have robust, wide ranging terms of reference to determine if psychiatrist Walker acted within her delegated authority or
may be guilty of:








Unconscionable conduct
Reprehensible conduct
Professional misbehavior
Unlawful conduct
Attempted perversion of the course of justice
Bringing the organization into disrepute
Breach of professional code of conduct
Breach of professional ethics and standards
If psychiatrist Walker’s behaviour outlined in submissions and this communique are found to be substantiated as cited it would be appreciated that
legal and professional actions be taken by your organization and among them, the following should be considered as appropriate.
Psychiatrist Walker’s tenure be terminated and practicing license revoked if found guilty of any offence, misdemeanor or breach. And if so found, a
thoroughgoing further investigation into her diagnosis of Garth Daniels’ alleged condition which both the family and Garth’s private psychiatrist utterly
refute.
In addition a full investigation must also be made into psychiatrist Walker’s massive introduction, withdrawal, reintroduction of Clozapine where it has
caused major heart deterioration and possible flawed psychiatric diagnosis.
There is definitive globally accepted evidence that Clozapine itself results in a false/flawed psychiatric diagnosis blaming the patient when the
psychiatrist has caused both the severe medical deterioration and its accompanying massive death risk. See the definitive (Department of Psychiatry
and Psychology, Mayo Clinic, 200 First Street, Rochester, MN 55905, USA) study, demonstrably proving that rapid variations and withdrawals of
Clozapine cause massive disabling neurological side effects of psychosis in patients.
Clozapine’s varied-treatment, withdrawal and re-challenging (recommencement), causes adverse events of obsessive-compulsive symptoms (OCS)
particularly violent thoughts and aggression, which is FALSELY diagnosed as psychosis and results in a complete psychiatric flawed misdiagnosis.

Apropos our report (under/attached) to the CDPP herein, please conduct an immediate URGENT investigation of the
management of Garth Daniels medical treatments by psychiatrist Andrea Walker at Prince Charles Hospital Brisbane Queensland.
Of primary concern is the administration of Clozapine and its imminent potential iatrogenic morbidity and death risks to Garth Daniels where the
introduction and withdrawal of this lethal Clozapine toxin has caused the cardiologist to once again recommend it’s immediate withdrawal for the
fourth time in six weeks because of its direct destructive heart-rate and enlarged heart impacts upon Garth.
The most urgent priority is an immediate focus upon three key emergency incidents necessitating a full detailed investigation:
1. The extremely rapid decline in Garth’s health whereby the Clozapine being administered has caused the cardiologist to again recommend
Clozapine being immediately withdrawn because it has directly caused Garth’s heart rate a rapid deterioration and his heart to become
enlarged. This is the FOURTH time in six weeks the Clozapine has been ordered to be ceased due to its massively destructive impact upon
Garth
2. Psychiatrist Andrea Walker’s statement to Garth Daniels’ father Bernard, that Garth’s demeanor is aggressive. There is definitive globally

only Dane who has published more than 70 papers in the "big five": BMJ, Lancet, JAMA, Annals and NEJM. Professor Gøtzsche unreservedly

Further to our 6 February 2017 Brief of Evidence to you (attached hereunder), of this grave and potentially criminal matter, there are (we feel) now
most serious further ‘evidence-facts’ developments we now submit which (we say) may potentially demonstrate sound and definitive proof of
widespread and entrenched and collusive commercially financially structured ‘Research Without Consent’ and ‘Forced Human Experimentation’
against Australian citizen Garth Jason Daniels under coercion and duress, causing crimes of assault, battery and trespass against him.
In addition, there has been a most regrettable (and we fear) deliberate personal intervention and (we feel) direct defamatory attack upon and
attempted impugning of the good character and reputation of Garth Daniels’ father Bernard Daniels; by Prince Charles Hospital psychiatrist Andrea
Walker. This (we feel) direct personal attack which (we feel) is so egregious and unwarranted and utterly defamatory in form; it may constitute a
deliberate attempt of perverting the course of justice which must be examined by your office.
This (we say) personal attack was made by psychiatrist Andrea Walker in her 8 February 2017 QCAT hearing G34323 that she filed to remove Garth
Daniels’ lawful guardianship from his father Bernard; and where she was soundly dismissed by QCAT in her attempt at so removing Garth’s lawful
guardianship.
We are of the view all psychiatrists involved in this Australian $60 Billion per annum money empire killing and morbidity regime behave in this way
solely for the massive career driven financial incentives and rewards and emoluments derived in this ‘Research Without Consent’ and ‘Forced Human
Experimentation’.
We say this servitude service conducted under coercion and duress is thereby a violation of the Crimes Legislation Amendment (Slavery, Slavery-Like

examination for potential criminal investigations (if so warranted) of organisations, their remunerated principals and employees and other individuals

The Brief of Evidence is compiled to substantiate a basis for your widespread and full investigations, potentially for criminal charges to be considered
(if evidence is found factual) for (we say) alleged possible violent criminal acts conducted for unlawful commercial gains in conducting ‘Research
