The following terms and conditions will apply: 
Tender Document containing details / specifications of items including mode of submission
may be obtained by submitting a typed/ written request to Project Director, National
Forensic Science Agency (NFSA) project, Plot # 1, 2, 27, 28 Opposite Police Line,
H-11/4, Islamabad on any working day during office hours on payment of Rs.500/- (cash).

Interested firms may submit their sealed bids / tenders for supply of items on FOR basis
(Where required) in the NFSA project office by 11:30 A.M, 24th November, 2016 alongwith
2% earnest money of the total value of items (including GST) in the shape of Pay Order/
Bank Draft in favour of the Project Director, NFSA project.

Tender will be opened on the same day at 12:00 hours in the Project Director office (NFSA)
in presence of bidders/ representatives of their firms.

The successful bidders shall be responsible for delivery of items to the NFSA office at
Islamabad at their cost.

Copies of NTN and Sales Tax registration certificate will be attached with bids.

Under taking on the letter head of firm/ contractor that firm is not black listed by
Government of Pakistan.

Incomplete and late submitted tenders shall not be considered.

This office reserves the right to accept/ reject any bid as per PPRA policy.

Firms are requested to submit two bids i.e Technical and financial bids (in two Separate
Sealed Envelops).
