Sometimes stuff happens that makes you feel angry, sad, anxious, or many other ways that are
not comfortable. This book will help you learn to stay calm when you feel this way.
 Stop and count to ten.
1… 2… 3… 4… 5… 6… 7… 8… 9… 10
 Take 3 deep breaths.
 Do something fun to feel better.
Draw, read a book, play with someone else.
 Tell someone how you feel.
