See it work! At the Parts2Clean!
On our booth at the Parts2Clean in Stuttgart we will
demonstrate Suparator®, Q-Filter® and Q-Mag®
not only as an exhibit but in full operation, in one
single closed loop.
Dirt and oil are mixed with water and separated
from it again using Suparator®, Q-Mag® and QFilter®. As shown in the sketch on the right.
In the plexiglass tank, the center piece in the whole
configuration, you can see how the dirt dissolves in
the water and how clean water returns back to the
tank.
In the same way as oil and dirt are washed from the
products in a pre-treatment, and mixed with the
cleaner. Our systems separate it again. What it
brings you is constant cleaning quality and minimal
cost.

Integration parts washers
More and more, washer manufacturers are
integrating Suparator® oil separators with
their equipment for optimal separation of oil
from the degreasing stages.
The picture on the left shows two Suparator®
series 86 units, integrated with a packaging
washer by Kerres Anlagensysteme GmbH.
When cleaning trays and crates, a lot of oil is
washed off and with the Suparator® units this
oil is separated from the bath quickly, before
it can cause any problems. And this without
big settling tanks.
Trial parts washer
For two months now a trial is taking place, using
Suparator®, at an automotive supplier in Germany.
The application concerns a new tunnel washer where, as ordered by the washer manufacturer, a Suparator® 86/240 trial
unit was connected to remove the oil from the first degreasing
stage.
The purpose of the trial is to compare the results, using a
Suparator® system, with the results using the washer manufacturer’s standard oil separator. Since there is already an
almost identical washer in the same plant, equipped with the
standard oil separator, this presented an ideal situation to
compare results.
The photo on the right shows the washer with the Suparator®
unit in front of it, below the bath from the ‘old’ washer with
standard oil separator. In the meantime the client has definetively decided for Suparator®. They are ‘very happy’ with the
results.

Our offer for equipment manufacturers
For manufacturers of washer we have a special offer. Like
equipment manufacturers have their expertise in equipment
manufacturing and cleaning, we have our expertise in oil
separation. We think this expertise should be put to use.
The offer is that we supply two things, products and
expertise, but only charge the equipment manufacturer for
the products. How it works?
We consult the equipment manufacturer in the use of our
products and the optimal integration with their equipment. To
this purpose we provide all technical support, through specifications, installation sketches, meetings on site, etc. Everything to warrant that when all is done, everything works as it
should.
And provided everything is realized that way, we take responsibility for the end result. If the client is not happy, that will
be our problem and we will do what is necessary to find a
solution.

New skimmer mounting.
As commonly known, there is no Suparator® solution
without a Suparskim® skimmer. To make mounting the
skimmer in the wash tank even easier we have developed
a new, space saving, coupling.
The skimmer suction pipe has a flat plate, welded to it at
the end, which slides in a keg shaped counterpart. The
counterpart can be welded directly into the tank wall, if
desired, tight against the wall. The skimmer can then
easily be fitted by sliding the plate in the counterpart. A
plastic sheet takes care of the sealing.
