Terms & Conditions
1. Price per head stated is inclusive of set-up, table setting/tray service, and tear down as well
as full set of Crudités serving ware as well as a 4 hour service for Canapés/Buffet.
2. To ensure a smooth operation throughout, 1 waiter & 1 kitchen staff is mandatory and
therefore, cannot be waived. Duration of staff working hours is for FOUR (4) hours ONLY.
3. Subsequent hours will incur a charge of an extra RM20/staff. If event duration is after
midnight, charges will be an additional RM50/staff.
4. For dual-session catering, additional transportation charges apply.
5. For Public Holidays, double rate for all charges apply. (Except Food & Beverage)
6. Porcelain/Ceramic serving ware, special beverage glasses or additional serving ware rentals
will incur additional charges.
7. Crudités Canapés & Catering will not be responsible to handle food items from other sources.
Should you require assistance, please inform our representatives in advance so that we may
make the necessary adjustments. Additional charges, where relevant, will apply.
8. Corresponding client to bear all breakage/damage charges in full.
9. The quoted price is subject to a minimum order of 50 persons.
10. There is an additional RM10.00 per pax surcharge in the event the number of persons is less
than 50 but more than 40.
11. There is an additional RM20.00 per pax surcharge in the event the number of persons is less
than 40 but more than 30.
10. Any changes 72 hours before the event day will not be entertained.
11. Crudités Canapés & Catering will not be held responsible for any delays or problems caused
by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances. We will however do our best to minimize the
aforesaid conditions wherever possible.
12. Crudités Canapés & Catering will not be held responsible for any food consumed after event
period of FOUR (4) hours.
13. Minimum number of pax required, if less than 50 pax, for full service catering is 30 pax
ONLY with an additional RM20.00 per pax surcharge.
14. Waiters are priced at RM90/staff & Kitchen staff are RM120/staff.

* Crudités Canapés & Catering reserves the right to change the menu & packages without prior
notice; however our representatives will try to give an earlier notice if possible.
* Full balance payment shall be received a day before event date. (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
* Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is less than 1 week notice from event date.
