This Summer Day Camp
can shed light on your future with skill and technology classes.
...a day camp at the Center of Applied
Technology North, staffed by teachers who
are experts in their field. Students can learn
how to: sand, repair, and paint cars; create
using Adobe Photoshop & InDesign; design
a toolbox &/or birdhouse; style hair; basic
emergency health care, design & develop
computer projects; preventive maintenance on
medium/heavy duty trucks & equipment; make
dough for pizza & pretzels; establish Urban
farm-to-table techniques & many more fun
activities. What a great way for middle school
students to explore their future interests!

Camp starts at 8:00 a.m. and concludes at
1:30 p.m. during the week of June 26 - June
29, 2017. Each class will be two and one
half hours in length with two classes per day.
Snacks will be available for sale.
Certificates will be awarded upon completion
of the class. Students may provide their own
transportation or use the Summer Career
Camp buses. A Career Camp bus will pick
up students at selected middle schools.
Applications which are returned promptly will
be given first preferences for classes.

$150.00 (includes lab activities for 2 classes). FEE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH
APPLICATION OR STUDENT WILL NOT BE REGISTERED FOR CLASSES.
No refunds after June 10th.
Students will be notified by mail of their class selections by June 8, 2017.

7th, 8th or 9th grades in the Fall 2017 school year. Checks/money orders will be returned if the student is not accepted in the course.
