For one they are as quite as a church mouse. Also, there are many animals sniffing the forest floor all around me, some animals are even stocking their prey to provide for their family. As I see a hungry coyote pass by sniffing the scents of a new born fawn all I can think of is danger. The woods are very peaceful on someday, but other days all you can hear are the sounds of birds chirping in harmony, squirrels chomping on freshly dropped acorns from the tops of the tall oak trees, and the deer grazing on grass.
