Adapter or extension cord, charger for mobile phone are available at the reception for a deposit of CHF 20.00 (refundable on return). Sundays from 11:00 am until 04:00pm. Bed Linen consists of anti bacterial material, most suitable for guest with allergies. If you need extra bed linen, please contact reception. Breakfast Our breakfast room is located on the ground floor (Bar). From 06:30 am to 10:00 (Monday to Friday) and from 07:30am to 11:00 am (Saturday and Sunday) the breakfast is served at the bar. C Check-In / Check-Out On your arrival day, the room is available from 02:00 pm. For an early Check-In please inform the reception. We kindly ask you to check out not later than 12:00 pm. For late departure and the costs, please check with the reception. Flight - arrival & departure The reception can give you the most actual information about all arriving and departing flights at Basel airport. Fitness Is located around 10 minutes by tram in the Migros Fitnesspark “Heuwaage”. Opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 06:30 am to 10:00 pm on weekends from 09:00 am to 07:00 pm. Liability In case of willful damage the incurred loss amount will be charged to your bill and the hotel declines any liability for any guest’s possession. Luggage storage You can leave your luggage during the opening hours in our luggage room by the reception. M Mail You can receive your incoming mail daily. Please ask reception for stamps and you can leave your outgoing mail at the reception. Message If you get a phone call and you are not in the room, reception will inform you. N Newspaper Different daily newspapers are at your disposal on the ground floor. Non smoking rooms We charge a cleaning fee of CHF 150.00 if you smoke in a non smoking room. P Parking/ Garage For the parking in the neighbor building you need to contact the reception. We charge you as guest CHF 18.00 per day/car. For a short parking ticket in the Claramatte Parking you pay maximum CHF 25.00/12h. Ask our reception team for more parking options in the area. Pets (dogs, cats) are welcome at a supplement of CHF 15.00 per pet and day (food not included). Please note that, in and around the hotel, dogs must be kept on a leash. Pharmacies A pharmacy is located on the main street (Greifengasse) and is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 06:30 pm. Out of these opening hours you may get help at the emergency pharmacy (Petersgraben). The reception can give you the directions. Photocopies With pleasure we copy your documents at the reception (14h). The first 5 pages black/white are free; any further pages CHF 0.50, colored copies CHF 0.60. Pillow Extra pillows, neck pillows, or millet pillow? Please contact the reception and against a refundable deposit of CHF 150.00 (charged to your account) you will get your desired pillow for a peaceful sleep. Train / Train tickets Please contact reception for the time schedule of the train & tram connections. TV All our rooms are equipped with a color TV with digital reception. You will find a TV guide in your room. W Wake up call Please request your wake-up call at the reception. You will be woken up by phone. Water / Water heater The mineral water on the table is free of charge and will be changed every day. Please use the electric kettle only to heat water. Security Always use the main entrance to the hotel. Never display guest room keys in public or carelessly leave them on the restaurant tables or other public places where people can easily steal them. Whenever you are in your room, close the door securely. Be sure to check that all sliding doors or windows are locked. Verify who the person is before permitting anyone to enter your room. If the person claims to be hotel employee, call the front desk No. 900 for confirmation. Place your valuables in the safe in your room. Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. Easily seen valuables are a welcome invitation to burglars. If you suspect any subversive activity please inform the front desk. Close the door from inside your room.
