Department of Mines, 9th June, 1905.
TN accordance with Section 96 of "The Mining Act, 1904," notice is hereby given that unless rent and fines
clue for the current year be paid on the undermentioned leases on or before the first of July, it is the
intention of the Governor, under the provisions of Section 97 of the Mining Act, to forfeit such leases for
breach of covenant, viz., non-payment of rent.
