WHEN THE MONEY CHANGES A Prophetic Warning to God’s People By Mark Swiger In 1996 I had a dream from the Lord. A “night vision” as some would call it. This does not happen to me very often. In over 30 years of ministry I experienced this only a few times. What really got my attention was the fact that I had the exact dream two nights in a row. According to the bible this means “…the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.” Genesis 41:32b In the dream I saw our United States currency change. It changed three times. When it changed the third time I saw a map of the eastern half of the United States. Then what I would describe as a “white mist” came down from Canada and extended south. The white mist covered the northeastern United States to a line parallel with the southern border of the State of Michigan. (Approximately Parallel 41° 41´ North) I do not know how far around the globe this mist extended. I only saw the eastern portion of United States from Michigan to the Atlantic Ocean. The result was that nearly everyone who lived under the area of the white mist had to move south. It became nearly impossible to live there. Hazmat Area of White Mist suits and oxygen tanks needed to be worn. Millions of people flooded south to escape these conditions. Parallel 41° 41´ North
After I had these dreams I did not know what the white mist represented. Was it biological warfare? Some act of terrorism? Was it something about the ozone or climate change? I did not know for sure, but about a week after I had these dreams the money changed the first time. For the first time in 67 years United States currency was redesigned to incorporate a series of new counterfeit deterrents. The new bills were issued beginning with the $100 bill in 1996, followed by the $50 in 1997, the $20 in 1998 and the $10 and $5 bills in 2000. I was not overly concerned at first. After all it took 67 years to change the first time. The money still had to change twice more before the mist came down. True to their word, the money began to change again in 2003 with the $20.00 bill, then the $50, $10 and $5. The new $100 note is the final denomination of U.S. currency to complete the 2 nd change. It will be released in 2011. THE SECOND CHANGE BEFORE AFTER The disaster I saw that once seemed so far away is now at the door. If the money changes again every 7­10 years as planned by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, the third change could begin in 2018. The “white mist” will arrive during this time “when the money changes”. I think if the third change is spread out over a several year period like the first two changes, the condition that caused everyone to move south could also happen gradually. But this I do not know for sure. For 15 years I have prayed and held this vision before the Lord. I never preached about it or shared about it publicly. I only told a handful of people over the years, and that was only if one who lived up north would say: “I have been thinking of selling everything and moving south.” Then I would tell them about the vision I had. The reason I am coming out with this publicly now (in 2011) is that things have recently come to my attention that confirm to me the vision is “established by God.” While I was on a mission trip in Germany in April of 2011, I was reading the internet news on cnn.com and saw this article: Record stratospheric ozone loss in the arctic in spring of 2011 Record stratospheric ozone loss in the arctic in spring of 2011 Geneva, 5 April 2011 GENEVA 5 APRIL 2011 (WMO) — Depletion of the ozone layer­ the shield that protects life on Earth from harmful levels of ultraviolet rays ­ has reached an unprecedented level over the Arctic this spring because of the continuing presence of ozone­depleting substances in the atmosphere and a very cold winter in the stratosphere. The stratosphere is the second major layer of the Earth’s atmosphere, just above the troposphere. The record loss is despite an international agreement which has been very successful in cutting production and consumption of ozone destroying chemicals. Because of the long atmospheric lifetimes of these compounds it will take several decades before....

I read that there exists right now a hole in the ozone this big over the Antarctic (South Pole), but since nobody lives there it causes little concern. I was also greatly disturbed as I read the following: "The formation of an Ozone Hole occurring over the Arctic will likely happen within the next 20 years"­ Jonathan Shanklin one of The BAS scientists who discovered the Antarctic ozone hole Professor Jonathan Shanklin of The British Antarctic Study said the loss itself of ozone and the greenhouse effect is causing the upper atmosphere to become colder, which is a condition that facilitates ozone destruction. Professor Shanklin was speaking to Alex Kirby of the BBC Radio Four's environment program Costing the Earth and reportedly said the following ­ "The atmosphere is changing, and one of the key changes is that the ozone layer is getting colder. And when it gets colder, particularly during the winter, we can get clouds actually forming in the ozone layer, and these clouds are the key factor. Chemistry can take place on them that activates the chlorine and makes it very much easier for it to destroy the ozone. It's getting colder because of the greenhouse gases that are being liberated by all the emissions we have at the surface. Notice the above phrase: …we can get clouds actually forming in the ozone layer, and these clouds are the key factor”. I realized this is most likely THE WHITE MIST I SAW IN THE VISION! I then learned more about this “white mist” from the same website: More polar stratospheric clouds than anticipated are forming high above the North Pole, causing additional ozone loss in the sky over the Arctic, according to Dr. Azadeh Tabazadeh, lead author of the paper and a scientist at NASA's Ames Research Center in California's Silicon Valley. The stratosphere comprises Earth's atmosphere from about 9 to 25 miles (about 15 to 40 kilometers) altitude and includes the ozone layer. Arctic polar stratospheric clouds "Polar stratospheric clouds provide a 'double­whammy' to stratospheric ozone. They provide the surfaces which convert benign forms of chlorine into reactive, ozone­destroying forms, and they remove nitrogen compounds that act to moderate the destructive impact of chlorine," said Dr. Phil DeCola, Atmospheric Chemistry Program Manager at NASA Headquarters, Washington, DC.

An Arctic "low ozone event" could easily be blown south by high­altitude winds, and appear over populated areas of The United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. It could trigger public alerts against going out in the sun without protective clothing across The Northern Hemisphere. Experts predict that an estimated 10 % reduction in the ozone layer will result in a 25 % increase in non­melanoma skin cancer rates for temperate latitudes by the year 2050.A larger reduction in the ozone layer could cause "epidemic" like outbreaks of skin cancer and other associated maladies.” (from http://www.theozonehole.com/arctic2001loss.htm) I also learned in my studies that while the “Good Ozone” in the stratosphere we need is decreasing, the “Bad Ozone” we breathe down near the surface of the earth is increasing. The “Bad Ozone” causes these effects on our living conditions: “Ground­level ozone is created near the Earth's surface by the action of daylight UV rays on a group of pollutants called ozone precursors. There is a great deal of evidence to show that ground level ozone can harm lung function and irritate the respiratory system Exposure to ozone and the pollutants that produce it is linked to premature death, asthma, bronchitis, heart attack, and other cardiopulmonary problems. Long­term exposure to ozone has been shown to increase risk of death from respiratory illness. A study of 450,000 people living in United States cities showed a significant correlation between ozone levels and respiratory illness over the 18­year follow­up period. The study revealed that people living in cities with high ozone levels such as Houston or Los Angeles had an over 30% increased risk of dying from lung disease” (copied from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ozone) The above explains the hazmat suits and oxygen tanks I saw in my vision worn by anybody trying to live in that environment. The latest confirmation I received was to me the most earth shaking of all. I was visiting a church in Syracuse, New York in June of 2011. Some men were sitting around after church in fellowship. I overheard them talking about the NAFTA Highway. As I had never heard of this before, I was very interested to find out that portions of this highway have already been constructed. The men talking were concerned about government waste and said “Why do we need a highway with 16 lanes that is a quarter of a mile wide running from Canada to Mexico?” When I got home to my computer I looked the NAFTA Highway up on the internet and I saw this picture:

But when I saw it I immediately understood what it is really for. AN EVACUATION ROUTE. Why else is it being built like a funnel heading south if trade is to be two directional? Why is the first proposed point of entry to clear customs hundreds of miles south of the Canadian border in Kansas City? When I saw this highway plan a dreadful feeling came over me. Our United States government must be aware of the Ozone situation, but it would cause a great panic should the public know at this time. I learned that several satellites and many airplanes have been constantly monitoring the ozone levels in the Arctic. THE BOTTOM LINE: Questions and Answers Q. If these things are true then how will it affect me? A. If you live in the area of the “white mist” when it comes, land and buildings will become worthless there. You will need to move south. If you live in the mist area and wait until the money changes the third time before you move, you may not be able to sell your property then. Land farther south will likely become too expensive for you to purchase anything, even if you do have other liquid assets. Millions of people will be relocating. Q. Why should I believe you? A. I would not move only on my word. The head of every man is Christ. You need to hear from God yourself on this issue. Prophecy is at best only confirmation to something God has also revealed to you. Perhaps He wants you to stay where you are and be a witness of Christ to others as things fall apart. You must hear and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. Q. What should I do? A. Do not panic or be anxious. This may actually be an opportunity in disguise for the Lord to bless you. There has been much talk in recent years of the body of Christ experiencing a “transferal of wealth” from the wicked in the last days. (I.e. when the children of Israel left Egypt and “spoiled the Egyptians.”) In the same way someone who sells now may be able to invest in some extra land or property in the south. This property will likely become very valuable. Q. What if I have a job and obligations so I just can’t move now? A. I would get as un­entangled as you can. You may consider selling any property you have and keep your job. Don’t move yet. Rent someplace where you presently live. If you have any equity buy some land further south with the money or put a down payment on some property there. God can show you what and where to buy. But don’t wait till the last minute to move. If you do you may get caught in the rush. Your options will be limited as the Government steps in to handle the masses of refugees. Finding a moving truck may be impossible when everybody finds out. The main thing is don’t act in haste now, but do act prayerfully and carefully.

My wife and I moved south already, but our grown children and their families are still living in the “mist area.” I am in the process of finding 10 or 20 acres of land to provide a place for us all to move to “when the money changes.” (If not before) I am also praying for God to provide extra land that I can sell to provide an income for us in the future. Without my asking a cousin recently gave me 3 acres of land in Southern Ohio, so I see God’s hand leading and providing. Q. Won’t Jesus return and take us in the rapture before these things can happen? A. I hope so, but don’t bank on it. The Bible says: “A wise man sees the evil coming and covers himself.” Q. If the US Government is keeping these things secret to prevent panic, aren’t you concerned they may try to silence you? A. To tell you the truth that has crossed my mind. I suspect people could be censored “In the interests of National security.” However I feel led to make this prophecy available on my website and send it to others by email as long as I can. I sure hope nothing happens, J but if I should disappear or be jailed on some false charge or meet with an accident you will know what it is about.
