5 Tips to Help You Drink
More Water







If you think you need to be
drinking more, here are some tips
to increase your fluid intake and
reap the benefits of water:




























n Start slow and add daily!
n Drink a glass of water first thing
upon waking in the morning.
n Replace soda, tea and juice
with water when eating meals.
n Always carry a water bottle.
n Add flavor to your water!
Try infusing fruit, mint or
cucumber.
Note: If a physical condition prevents you from
achieving water consumption levels outlined in
the Hydrate, Don’t Wait Challenge, alter your
daily water consumption accordingly. Also,
remember that it is possible to drink too much
water; drink only what your body needs.
