Don’t miss out on the opportunity to relive the 2011-12 school year with a full-color yearbook.
Yearbooks are still available for $20.00. I’ve attached an order form, and extra order forms are
in the office.
STAR Testing Dates
Most students (with the exception of a few make ups) have completed our State STAR
testing. Each morning the children seemed ready to go and upon completion of testing each
day, they felt as they did their best. Thank you for your support at home to make these past two
weeks conducive to the children doing their best. Great job everyone! 
Planning for next year at Culverdale
350 families have already completed the following, but if you have not already done so, please
let us know your plans for next year at Culverdale by clicking on the link below and answering
five quick items. The information that you provide is very important as we determine student
enrollment, staff needs and classrooms for next year. If you have more than one child at
Culverdale right now, after you submit the first form, click on “submit another response” for each
additional child. Should your information change after your form is submitted, please call the
school office with your updated information. Thank you.

Restaurant Night
Bring your appetite! We will have a Family Restaurant night at Chilis on Tuesday, May
22nd. 15% of your check will generously be donated to Culverdale. You must present a flyer
when you pay your bill. Click here for an additional flyer, and be sure to send the flyer to
everyone you know!
SAVE THE DATES
 Thursday, May 24th is a minimum day and there is NO SCHOOL on Friday, May 25th or
Monday, May 28th in observance of Memorial Day.
 We will be having a Magic Show on Thursday, June 14th featuring magician Brock
Edwards. You will receive a flyer in next Thursday’s conduit.
 Our annual Basket Raffle/Grade Level Bridging Night will be on Thursday, June 7th.
