TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Donaghmede Shopping Study Hub Giveaway Competition.
1. Competitions are not open to Donaghmede Shopping Centre employees or retailers.
2. Donaghmede Shopping Centre competitions are open to residents of the Republic of Ireland
aged 18 years or over and residents of Northern Ireland aged 18 years and older.
3. This promotion is being held in the Donaghmede Shopping Centre only.
4. The promotion commences the week commencing Monday 11th July and concludes on
Friday August 12th.
5. The promoter is Fitzwilliam Place Management Ltd. Whose registered office is at 18/19
Harcourt Street, Dublin 2.
6. Entry to the competition is in the Donaghmede Shopping Centre only.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by Donaghmede Shopping
Centre.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, prize claims and entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who
submits an entry or prize claim that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or
who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at
any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. The Donaghmede Shopping Centre prize is a home office as seen on display on the mall and
as listed on promotional materials.
10. Customers will receive an entry form with every purchase they make in the Donaghmede
Shopping centre. The value of the purchase is irrelevant.
11. Donaghmede Shopping Centre is not responsible for reimbursement or exchange if the prize
is not taken up in any allocated time period.
12. Individuals entering this competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and
conditions.
13. Entries must be strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions and any other
conditions in the messaging or promotions around such competition or they will be invalid.
14. Entries received after Friday 12th August will be deemed null and void.
15. Donaghmede Shopping Centre representatives will pick five finalists on the following dates :
Friday July 15th, Friday July 22nd, Friday July 29, Friday August 5th and Friday August 12th.
16. The finalists will be contacted by email or phone. If contact information has not been entered
by the finalist drawn an alternative finalist will be drawn.
17. The finalist must confirm receipt of phone call or email within 24hours otherwise an
alternative finalist will be drawn.
18. The raffle drum will be emptied following each weekly draw of a finalist. Entries do not,
therefore, carry from one week to another.
19. The final draw will take place during the week commencing August 18th.
20. The winner will be drawn from one of the five confirmed finalists.
21. Any prize is as stated in any messaging or promotions advertising such competition. No cash
or other alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.
22. Donaghmede Shopping Centre reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter any prize or
substitute the prize with cash to the same value for any reason and without notification. In the
event that the winner declines the prize awarded to him/her Donaghmede Shopping Centre
will award the prize to one of the other five finalists.
23. Donaghmede Shopping Centre reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason
whatsoever at its sole discretion. Any person or persons found to be in disregard of any of the
above rules will be disqualified automatically.
24. Donaghmede Shopping Centre reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition or
amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice for any technical or commercial
reasons.
25. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Donaghmede Shopping Centre the right to use and
publish his/her name and image in such media as Donaghmede Shopping Centre may choose
(including but not limited to the internet) for advertising and promotional purposes without
additional consideration.
26. Donaghmede Shopping Centre is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury
which might occur to the winner or any other person with whom the winner shares or gives
the prize.
27. By entering any competition, entrants agree that Donaghmede Shopping Centre may contact
them with updates on Donaghmede Shopping Centre products and/or services via email,
SMS, telephone or any other manner. Should entrants wish to be removed from the contact
list, they should contact us through the communication channels listed below.
28. Proof of purchase will be required from the winner.
