HOW TO
VIEW IF YOUR GRADUATION HAS BEEN
CONFIRMED AND YOUR DEGREE CONFERRED
This is a step-by-step guide explaining how to
view if your graduation has been confirmed and
your degree conferred, using your new
self-serve dashboard.
Begin by logging into MyConcordia portal.
Once logged in, click on “My Student Centre”
located on the upper left-hand side of the
screen to access your self-service dashboard.
Under Academics click the “other academic…”
drop-down menu and select “Transcript: View
Unofficial”. Once “Transcript: View Unofficial”
is selected, click the arrow button. Select the
"Undergraduate/Graduate Record" link to open
your Student Record. Your Student Record will
open in your current browser window and begin
with your Undergraduate Credential Summary.
Your graduation information is available in the top
left of the student record.

Under Academics
click the “other
academic…” dropdown menu and
select “Transcript:
View Unofficial”.
Once “Transcript:
View Unofficial” is
selected, click the
arrows to continue.
NOTE: If you just want to see your grades or cumulative GPA, there
are much quicker ways to do that:
GRADES: Select 'Grades' from the 'other academic...' drop down
menu, click the arrows to proceed, choose the academic term and
click 'Continue'.
CUMMULATIVE GPA: Select 'Program CGPA' from the 'other
academic...' drop-down menu, click the arrows to view.

To view your Unofficial Transcript, click the
"Undergraduate/Graduate Record" link. This
will generate a web-based version of your
Student Record.

Your Student Record will open in your
current browser window and begin with your
Undergraduate Credential Summary.
NOTE: Your Graduate Student Record will follow
your Undergraduate if you have both careers.

Your graduation is
confirmed when
the Credential
Awarded message
appears (top left of
the student record).
You will also see a
‘Confer Date’ just
underneath this.

Student Record,
select the 'Print'
button at the bottom
of the Student
Record.
