Participating Schools on the Professional Master of Education (PME) 2014/15
Below is the list of Post-Primary Schools co-operating on UCC's new PME programme by providing School Placement in line with Teaching Council requirements for student
teachers. We are very grateful to these schools for continuing to provide and support such a key element of our initial teacher education programme.
Please note that some schools who took students as part of the previous programme are NOT currently offering placement for UCC PME students.
Consequently, placement in any such schools, not on this list, cannot be facilitated as part of UCC's PME programme for 2014/15.
Specific subjects are listed where schools have indicated that these can be supported for Placement, however it should be noted that a school may not be able to provide
placement in all the subjects listed.
Information on schools is available on the Department of Education and Skills website at http://www.education.ie/en/find-a-school. This will be of particular help to those
who may be unfamiliar with the locations of some of the schools.
