North American Computational Linguistics Olympiad (NACLO) 2014
The open round was held here on January 30th.
Jackie Bredenberg and Aaron Zeng finished:
1st and 2nd in Michigan
4th and 12th in all of North America.
They were the only two who qualified for the invitational round.
The invitational round was held here on March 13th.
Jackie finished 2nd to qualify for the US First Team (1st in Michigan)
Aaron finished 16th, barely missing the cutoff for international competition (2nd in
Michigan)
The International Linguistics Olympiad will take place on July 21st-25th in Beijing.
