New $7M Short Term Loan Facility
Further to the ASX announcements on 28 March 2017, the Board of Directors of JustKapital Limited (Company)
is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a Loan Facility Agreement with Lucerne Investment
Partners (Lucerne).
The facility has been fully drawn, allowing the Company to continue with its regional, customer and product
expansion strategy as well as the provision of the short-term finance to law firms.
