for admission and are available at
theTown Office during businesshours.
Tags are free.
Fees apply for disposal of the waste categories below. Fees are paid by
voucher,availableat the TownOfficeduringregularbusinesshours.Vouchersare not
availableat the TransferStation.In lieu of vouchers,checksfor exactamountmade
out to the Townof Newburywill be accepted.
Gonstruction & Demolition (C&D)
Includesfurniture,insulation,
paintedwood, paintedsheet
rock,shingles,tar paper,otherbuildingmaterials.c&D
waste must be brokendown completely.Strip mattresses
and furnitureinto fabric,springs,and wood. Contractorsare
encouragedto obtaindemo boxes.

There are no fees for disposingof the followingmaterials:
Paper Goods
Collectthe followingtypes of paper
togetherin a brown paper bag or tie
them in a bundle.Keep baggedor
bundledfor disposal.
Includethese materials:
Junk mail, magazines,newspaper,box board,
cardboard inserts, telephone books, mixed office &
classroom paper, post-it notes, brown bags, fax
paper, gift wrapping,non-metallic6-pack carriers.
Do Not Include:
foil products,blueprintpaper,juice boxes, carbon
paper, milk or dairy containers,waxed or polycoated
boxes.
Cardboard
Pleaseflatten caftonsand boxesand
placethem on the pile insidethe Transfer
Station.
Gans & Plastic
Aluminum
cans(beer& soft drink)shouldbe placedin
barrelsinsidethe facility.
Tin cans and plasticmarked#1 (PErE) & #2 (HDPE)
(includingmilk and waterjugs & laundryand detergent
bottles)shouldbe placedin the outdoorfree-standing
container.lt is not necessaryto separatethem from tin cans.
