Fr o m t h e E xe c u t i ve D i r e c t o r
Dear Friends,
As we close out our fiscal year, we reflect back over our
many events, roundtables, new initiatives and advancements in programs- but mostly, we remember the thousands of women, men and children that came to us for
help and assistance and the thousands of children and
teens that we reached, sharing vital information and resources and the vision that all relationships should embrace the qualities of respect and justice.
For the past 35 years MSP has grown in response to the
needs of our clients and each day we renew our commitment through advocacy and preventative education to
work harder, and with your continued help, to make a
real difference for our children.
“My Sisters’
Place
allowed us to
have a voice, to
be counted, to
have our spirits
lifted because
someone
cares.”
We cannot measure the precise value of your partnership and support-your countless hours of volunteering,
your enthusiasm and concern over the many programs
of My Sisters’ Place. You have had tremendous impact
in our ability to serve well all our communities.
With deep appreciation from all of us.
W a r m l y,
Karen Cheeks-Lomax, Esq.
