REACH Certification of Compliance
for Xinger®-brand products
This document certifies that all products produced under the Xinger-brand product line
are compliant with REACH legislation and can be accurately described in the following
manners:
 Are categorized as articles under current REACH legislation.
 Are not intended to release substances during normal or reasonably foreseeable
conditions of use.
 Do not contain any of the 173 SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern)
described by the ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) on January 12, 2017 at
levels surpassing the threshold of 0.1% by weight.
Anaren works actively with suppliers to ensure continued compliance with REACH
legislation. Furthermore, Anaren remains vigilant in monitoring the SVHC candidate list
for new additions. Should a newly added SVHC candidate be found in any Xinger-brand
products, Anaren Microwave will work diligently to move this product to immediate
compliance.
Lastly, a brief clarification is needed regarding the presence of Diboron Trioxide (B2O3).
This material is on the SVHC candidate list and is also present in some of the Xingerbrand products. However, in each case in which Diboron Trioxide is present in a Xingerbrand product, it is as a component of glass. Diboron Trioxide is often created as part of
the glass manufacturing process, but is neither an input into the glass manufacturing
process, nor is there any significant risk of Diboron Trioxide separating from the glass,
once manufactured. Thus, the presence of Diboron Trioxide in glass does not represent an
SVHC and is not a violation of REACH legislation.
I hereby certify that the information provided in this form is accurate and complete. I
further certify that I or another representative of our Company will post notification
through our distribution partners and/or our corporate website within ten (10) business
days of determining that any information is no longer accurate with regard to the
described part(s).
