Get In. Go Far Apprenticeships campaign 2014/15 Apprentice – Question & Answer (Q&A) Introduction A Government marketing and PR campaign is underway to demonstrate the great opportunities Apprenticeships offer to businesses and young people. We’d love you, as an Apprentice, to be involved and tell us about Apprenticeships from your perspective. Purpose and use of Q&A We would like to provide national and regional media with real stories, case studies and quotes from Apprentices just like you who are living and working in England. Below/over the page are a few questions we hope you will answer. Please give your own, personal views about what it means to you to be an Apprentice. Your contact details and answers will be kept on file for the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS); the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) and our PR agency (Engine). Journalists often ask us about Apprenticeships and they want to hear firsthand from real people, just like you! We will always contact you for approval before passing on information to the media. Your answers will not usually be sent to the media in this Q&A format. We would also like to ask you to send us a workplace selfie as an expression of pride in your Apprenticeship and workplace. The selfie photo you submit may be used for the #workselfie map. This is a Pinterest map displaying Apprenticeship selfies from all across England. Your selfie might also to be sent to national and regional media for publication.
