equals $4.63, the “A” benefit.
** Wages include seventy-four cents ($0.74) per hour supplemental dues deducted from net pay. Employer
contributions are three dollars and seventy cents ($3.70) per hour for Health and Welfare, fifty cents ($0.50) for
Apprenticeship, twenty cents ($0.20) for IAF and ten cents ($0.10) for CITF- $4.50 total plus $0.74 from the member
equals $5.24, the “B” benefit.

IAF and ten cents ($0.10) for CITF- $4.50 total plus $0.64 from the member equals $5.14, the “B” benefit.
*** Wages include one dollar ($1.00) per hour vacation benefit, one dollar thirty-three cents ($1.33) per hour supplemental dues,
and twenty cents ($0.20) per hour Market Recovery Fund ($2.53 per hour deducted from net pay). Employer contributions are
$7.00 per hour for Health and Welfare, $9.25 for Pension $0.50 for Apprenticeship, $0.20 for IAF and $0.10 for CITF- for a
$17.05 total plus $2.53 from the member equals $19.58, the “C” benefit.
