offices, educational institutions, homes and premium hotel rooms with its exceptional
furniture lineage, it has diversified in to the manufacture of solid wood doors.
These high-quality, solid wood doors are the result of super-modern manufacturing facility
spread over 80,000 sq,ft, built up area, standing on 3.75 acre plot at Umbergaon, Gujarat.

The solid wood, door frames and solid core flush doors are crafted with Red Meranti
and Ghana Teak
Wood sourced from Gandhidham and seasoned in automatic plant to derive minimal
moisture content.
Machining of lock slot, hinges slot, key hole & handle hole in shutter is done automatically
on CNC Rover machine.
Sub frames of 12/18mm thick ply are fixed in the initial construction stage, resulting in
prefect opening sizes and wall thickness.
Completely, factory finished doors and door frames ensure better quality and durability
One carpenter and one helper can install one door frame with door and hardware,
completely, in about 90 minutes using expendable foam.
Creates 1200 to 1500 door sets (approx.) per month.
