24 Hours. 4 Destinations. 1 Goal
Which cycling challenge will you be taking on in 2014?

THE EVENTS
These rides are different - each has a unique character, all 4 a test of stamina & determination. Up to 300 riders set out together, fully
supported, with 7 stages of 40/45 miles and signed all the way. Pace riders & guides amongst fast moving groups, mechanics and
medics, along with rest stops with great food & hospitality. The 24 hr rides are not races, they're endurance cycling challenges at their
best & are memorable weekends to say the least. Thr ough day and night t he exper ience is as exhilar ating as it is testing!
So for 2014 we bring to you four 24 hour cycling challenges, and the choice is now yours!
Not to be mistaken for your average London 2 Paris cycle - this is a different ride all together
– and our well tested 24 hour challenge has become famous in its own right. 280 miles,
broken down into 7 stages – a ferry to catch – some great French roads - and the Eiffel Tower
the target. After 4 years of operating this ride we have the details down to a tee!
· 6 - 8 September 2014 (Sat to Mon) – midday start – SE London
· Hotel in Paris, return bike transfer included - Eurostar return option
· Up to 500 riders – our flagship Ride 24 cycle challenge!
This 24 hour ride is perhaps the hardest to achieve, as whilst some of the 315 miles are quite flat there are 3 ferry crossings – and some fairly exposed costal roads on the continent; all part of the
challenge! Setting out from London via Dover / Calais, through Northern France and into Belgium
before the last stretch on the coast through Holland and finally across to Amsterdam.
• 19 - 21 July (Sat to Mon) – late afternoon start – SE London
• A unique route - through 4 countries – finish in the heart Amsterdam
• Hotel in Amsterdam, return bike transfer included - optional return transport
300 miles due North from London! The route sets out to the East towards Cambridge - with
long straight roads through the fens - quiet towns and villages - and on through Lincoln into
Yorkshire where it gets a little more rolling. In 2013 250 riders took on Newcastle to London –
and it was a great success; next time it’s the other way around – appealing to the wider
London market looking for their next challenge.
Definitely the toughest Ride 24hr event so far! 310 miles separate SW London from Land’s End
but it’ s up and down in many places, and the wind can be cruel. The famous white sign post
awaits on the edge of Britain – and for those who are up for this inaugural ride and a challenge
like few others – it will be a welcome sight alongside an amazing sense of achievement and
some very tired legs!
• 30 - 31 August (Sat to Sun) – early morning start – near the Olympic Park
• A great route – fast, flat and interesting with a finish on the Tyne
• Return bike transport to London included - return coach optional
• 14 - 15 June (Sat to Sun) – early morning start – Richmond SW London
• A tough ride – great scenery big climbs over Dartmoor, finish at the tip of Britain
• Return bike transport to London included - return coach optional

you’re on track, check your watch - 24 hours? Keep it going!

Fundraising
Self Funding
These are tough cycle challenges - which makes the Ride 24 series a great opportunity to
fundraise significant sums of money for a charity of your choice.
Alternatively you can choose to pay for the full cost of your place on the event. It's entirely
up to you if you then choose to fundraise for any charity.

would like to fundraise for and we will contact to make the arrangements (in the event
that your preferred charity will not allow this - you will be given the option of choosing one
of our listed charities).
