Instruction for Poster presentation:
The session will be held at the Event Hall (1st Floor at Kitakyushu International Conference Center), using a standard
poster board.
NOTE: The Japanese standard poster board is lengthwise. See the picture below.
Poster Session
November 14 (Mon) 12:30 – 14:00
November 15 (Tue) 12:30 – 14:00
All presenters have to put up the poster on your poster number board by 12:30 on November 14, and after 14:00 on
November 15 you can take a poster off. All posters on the board will be thrown away after closing PPTOXV.
Space for one poster is A0 size (maximum height: 180cm / 70 inches, width: 90cm / 35 inches).
The poster should be
brought as printed material.
All presenters need to stay around their poster during the poster session time so that answer the question from
audiences.
We will have a poster award.
