Focus on your health
This efficient suction is a new development and specifically
adjusted to the milling of high performance ceramics.
It guarantees a maximum possible suction of residues and thus
protects your health. Ideally designed channels within the
suction shells are steadily conveying the arising dust above and
below of the clamping table. The suction shells, covered with
beech wood, allow relaxed and stress-free work due to their
ergonomic design.
Highlight
The magnetic mounting of the suction shells allows for a quick
changing when rotating the clamping table 180°. With the
additionally connectable cleaning tube the working area and
the milled object can be cleaned comfortably.
Technique
The Z Solution suction is working completely electronically
controlled and has minimum noise emission. Due to the
pneumatic self-cleaning feature frequent changes of the filter
are redundant. The dust tray for the arising zirconia dust can
be removed and emptied easily by opening the two speed
locks. Thanks to the compact design the suction can also be
placed beneath the workbench.

Perfect Precision
The dual-mounted clamping table has 360° continuous
rotation capabilities and can be fixed pneumatically via foot
switch in any position. The dual-mounting of the clamping
table guarantees a maximum of precision and stability.
Technique
Model plate and blank are centred and firmly fixed in the
clamping frames by means of four spheres and two excentric
screws. The ability to turn the model plate, as well as the
blank in connection with the continuously rotating clamping
table allows for five axis milling.
