It seems that the S106 terms are now all agreed and a final version is being prepared
for signing. However it will not be completed by tomorrow (Friday 5th) when the current
extension of time for determination expires. I am on leave the following week so can we
agree to extend the determination period to the following Friday 19th September please?
I will send you a set of draft conditions beforehand earlier that week.
