NEW SESSIONS
Ladies only boot camps-We believe that having an all
female boot camp provides the best support network
for women who are looking to shed post baby weight,
get in shape for an upcoming wedding, tone up for a
beach holiday, get back into action with a new fitness
plan or even for those who regularly exercise and they
want to push and improve their current fitness levels.
Too many people have been turned off of running simply by trying to start off
too fast. Their bodies rebel, and they wind up miserable, wondering why
anyone would possibly want to do this to themselves.
You should ease into your running program gradually. In fact, within this
program we outline there is less of a running regimen than a walking and
jogging program. The idea is to transform you from couch potato to runner,
getting you running three miles (or 5K) on a regular basis in just two months.

WHAT IS Y:WOMEN
CAN?
We aim to increase once a week participation in sport for women
and girls aged 14+ across three core sports, running, cycling and
swimming. Taking place across the Fylde area, Y: Women Can will
‘Empower and Encourage more Women to become Physically
Active’ In the year of 2016 over 800 different women took part in
our programme, in 2017 we want to increase this number and
help more ladies make friends and get fit.

Our Ladies social run Group are an all female running group lead by one of our four qualified running
leaders. Our coaches all work on a simple philosophy that will give all women, whatever their age,
size or ability, the opportunity to run together to improve their health, fitness, confidence and safety.
A very sociable group where Ladies get fit and
make friends.
