for promotion in respect of Group "A", "8,, and .,c,, officials/officers

henceforth, be followed with immediate effect:
7' The basis for promotion shall be exclusively on merit-cumseniority basis in Group 'A, posts, The DQC will rank the
officers in the order of merit for promotion purpose.
