PROGRAMMES AVAILABLE
We have three courses available at EC Covent
Garden 30+. Topics of study across all our
programmes are chosen to be stimulating and
relevant to more mature students.
General English (20 lessons p/w)
The route to all-round fluency and confidence
in all four skills of the English language:
reading, speaking, writing and listening. This
is our most popular course, and suitable for
every learner.
Intensive English (30 lessons p/w)
Students gain fluency more quickly and can
tailor their studies. This course builds on
the core skills in General English classes,
and learning is targeted through a choice of
electives.
English for Work (30 lessons p/w)
For those who want to compete successfully
in today’s global workplace, this intensive
course develops the fluency, accuracy and
specific communication skills students need
to advance confidently in their chosen career.
ACCOMMODATION
Somerset Court
Share an apartment with other students
with this comfortable and affordable option.
Accommodation includes ensuite bedrooms
with shared kitchen and common living areas.
Homestay
Enjoy all the comforts of home and improve
your English outside of the classroom while
sharing your experience with a local family.
Citadines Apart-hotels
For students who desire complete privacy
and comfort, Citadines Apart-Hotel offers
apartment accommodation with all the
luxuries of a hotel.
Student Residences
Mingle with fellow EC Covent Garden 30+
students as well as EC London students in a
student residence. Accommodation includes
shared and private bedrooms with shared
kitchen facilities, and a common living area.
AFTER SCHOOL
Social events, many of which are free of charge,
include museum and gallery visits, dinner
gatherings, trips to the theatre, concerts and
excursions to neighbouring cities.
London is the perfect base for those who
love to travel, with many easy routes offered
by low-cost airlines, and the rail link to France
and beyond.
