1. Log in Savo webshop
On our website www.savo.no/se/dk you can find the link to Savo webshop at the bottom of the page (in the
black field).
Please enter your username and password that you have received from your sales representative.

2. Assortment
If you press the link ”Assortment” you will find the total Savo assortment of office chairs and meeting chairs.
If you hold your cursor over any of the pictures, you will see a description of the chair.

If you press the product name or on the picture you will get to the article list for this chair. You will be able to
find the same information as in the printed price list, as well as product info sheets with more information and
pictures.
If you press the article number you will find measurements and symbols for this product.

3. Order products
Please note that you have to order Savo Express products separately to get the right
delivery time! You can not mix products with delivery time 15-25 days with Savo Express
products in the same order.
To order a product press the shopping cart symbol to the right.
Please choose price group for fabric in the left drop list. After that you have to choose which fabric and colour
you want to order for the seat in the middle drop list. In the right drop list you will choose which mesh/fabric
you want to order on the back. Press the button ”Add to shopping cart”. Note that the illustrations shown in
the web shop is only examples of how the chairs might look like - so there are no color pictures of all different
designs.
The chair will be placed into the shopping cart and you will return to the product list again. Please note that you
change the number of chairs to order in the shopping cart. If you would like to order more products you can do
the same again before you enter the shopping cart and register the number of chairs to order.
Each chair have options for you to choose from (for example other castors, glides, CMHR-foam and seat
heights). Please register the chair (main product) first and then the option in direct connection to the main
product.
When you have registered all products you would like to order - click on the shopping cart in the top menu to
proceed with your order.

In the shopping cart you can see which products you have chosen and change the number of articles to order.
You can also see more detailed information by clicking on the article number in the list.
The detailed information will open in a new window. You can download icons in 2D/3D DWG and 3D Studio
by clicking on the links under the picture.
To zoom, click on the image and it will
open in a new window in larger size.

In the shopping cart you can change the number of chairs you would like to order by changing the number in
the field ”Amount”. Press the button ”Update” and the sum of the price will be updated.
To empty the shopping cart, click on the button ”Empty shopping cart”. You will get a check question ”Are you
sure you want to empty the cart?”. Click Yes or No.
To order, press the button ”Order”.

In some cases, the delivery address is entered into the system and then you just have to verify it. It you want to
change the address you can do it manually or select an address in the drop list.
Under ”Other details” you should enter:
- Contact person (retailer)
- Phone number (contact person retailer)
You can also fill in:
- Contact person at the customer
- Marking/labelling of the products for example ”Room 1” or ”House 1” etc. just to make it easier to
deliver and mount.
- Customers own order number.
- Date for delivery (if the customer want to have the delivery later than standard).
There is also a message box where you can enter additional information or requests.
When finished, click the ”Continue” button.

Please check your order and all information before proceeding. If there is anything you want to change, click on
the link ”Back to basket”. Otherwise, proceed with the order by clicking on the button ”Order”.
The order is now finished and you will get a message on the screen with the order number.

An order confirmation is also sent to the email address stated.

4. Previous orders
Click on the link ”Orders” in the top menu and you’ll see previous orders in a list. To view the order’s
contents, click on one of the links.

5. Customer information
Click on the link ”My customer information” and you will see what information is held for you. You can change
the information (incl. password) in the boxes and then click on ”Save”.
