Due to a better representation, The Chamber of commerce and industry of Serbia offers help to its clients through
branch offices. In order to simplify and improve economical activities of Serbian companies, branch offices are
available in Vienna, Milan, Moscow, Frankfurt and Brussels.
Our goal is to strengthen political and economical cooperation, the support of Serbian economy, also as sharing
the information in order to improve the business.

For the smaller ones: We have initiated a big lobbying action in order to increase the resources of European
Commission, which is designated for competitiveness of small and medium companies in the whole region.
We expect to get the confirmation of the new budget in the following year, which should forecast the specific
non-financial and financial assistance to the sector of small and medium companies in the region (branch office

For the bigger ones: We have provided help for 3 bigger companies in their lobbying actions, when cooperating
with the decision- makers in the European Union and activities within the European associations (branch office
Brussels).
For agriculturalists: We had a key role when a five- year commercial benefit of the European Union for fruit,
vegetable and wine export was prolonged and therefore we have spared at least 10 million euros for our exporters (branch office Brussels).
For Serbia: During the cooperation with numerous organisations and institutions we have organised and participated in more than 10 promotions of Serbia (branch office Brussels).
For the smaller ones: After organising the visit of serbian economists to Austria, we have connected Roaming
Networks with the austrian network Telekom A1. Company which was then founded today has 120 workers
(branch office Vienna).
For the bigger ones: The branch office provided protection for the transport company Lukić Tours, which owns a
third of the vehicles which operate in Vienna’ s public transport. We have provided protection for this company
while defending them from the competition, which has tried to eliminate them from the market (branch office
Vienna).
For the smaller ones: Under the auspices of Chamber of commerce and industry of Serbia, we finalised the negotiations concerning the opening of the showroom owned by a russian company “Mnogo Mebeli” and therefore
we have included serbian companies in the manufacturing process, making them a part of the sales network
(branch office Moscow).
For the bigger ones: A visit of the company ‘’Naša’’ was organised in seven manufacturing drives in Serbia
(companies Yumis, Frikom,Maestro,dr.Fructo,Vindija,Nectar,Ćirić Agro). A data exchange for purchasing first
goods is in progress (branch office Moscow).
For the bigger ones: Representatives of the Chamber of commerce and industry of Serbia have solved a problem
with the procedure of providing the documents for construction workers in Germany, based on the information provided from the representatives of serbian companies. Public authorizations were transferred from the
Chamber of commerce and industry of Serbia (branch office Frankfurt).
For the bigger ones: One of the liders in car industry “Eberspächer Sourcung Day“ gained a positive impression about the economical climate in Serbia. Negotiations with the company „FPM AGROMEHANIKA“ Boljevac,
concerning the job conclusion, are in progress (branch office Frankfurt).
For the smaller ones: EU- programme and Project Consulting – Through programme- project iniciatives and
custody of branch offices of Chamber of commerce and industry of Serbia in Italy in the previous period, projects
were approved and financially implemented, in the amount of over 1 miilion euros only with the help of professional engagement of their project teams in projects that already have been mentioned. Chamber of commerce
and industry of Serbia has provided net incomes over 500.000 euros, gaining professional references for providing consulting services in this field, nationally and internationally (branch office Milan).
For the bigger ones: Participating in making a strategic plan for strengthening the competitiveness of Delta
Agrar in projects Danubius and Celarevo, which alludes to transfering the technologies and knowledge, making
of relevant business plans and suggestions for strategical partnership (branch office Milan).
Plans
• We plan on intensifying the activities in IT sector, tourism and food processing industry. We have already
coordinated an appearance at “International B2B Software Days + Celtic Plus Konferenz” which is planned
for 25th and 26th of April 2017 and also at the PIONEERS festival which is planned for the first week of June
2017 which is an important event dedicated to start- up companies and lasts for five days (branch office

• Two presentations are planned, concerning tourism potential in Serbia (branch office Vienna)
• We are planing a performance of many companies in the biggest food fair in Moscow “Prodexpo” (branch
office Moscow)
• We plan business missions for wine and organic food manufacturers and also for IT sector (branch office
Brussels)
• We plan two presentations concerning investment potentials in our organisation (branch office Brussels)
• One of our priorities will be the digitalisation of economics and the chamber, where we expect to gain a
specific support from the institutions of European Union and our european partners, primarily from european chambers of commerce and industry (branch office Brussels)
• We are currently bringing four workshops into effect, financed by European Union in order to promote
chamber’s services for small and medium companies (branch office Brussels)
• We expect at least three new projects for promoting the work of the chamber, from the programmes and
the funds of the European Union (branch office Brussels)
• We are planning ‘Days of the suppliers” with one of the leaders in the car industry, “Eberspächer “, and the
focus of the B2B events would be negotiations based on the pre-selection, commited by an amenably
association of Chamber of commerce and industry of Serbia. The event should have an educational character and the plan is for the “Eberspächer” representatives to present their criteria for choosing the supplier,
also as the newest manufasturing international standards in car industry (branch office Frankfurt)
• A visit from Dr.Brigitte Scheuerle is planned, which is a director of educational department in
„IHK Frankfurt“.Dr.Brigitte Scheuerle would convey practical experience of how a dual system of education
in Germany works, with a focus on the criteria in the selection of companies in which the participants of the
dual education system attend the practical part of the course as well as the method of their certification to
perform this function (branch office Frankfurt)
• Chamber of commerce and industry of Serbia in Italy will in the future engage in ensuring effective coordination
with management and supervisory corpusin the implementation EUSAIR strategy and accompa-nying action
plan, as well as the effective engagement of key stakeholders in the implementation of joint Serbian priorities.
The total value of the Facility Point project in the first stage is 11.5 million euros, for activities in Serbia
about 0.5 million euros (branch office Milan)
