Particle, Astral and Causal Mind: Enlightenment Intensive “Particles in the atoms move so fast. Can you catch up with them? You can, if you particle-ize your DNA and the neural net in your body-mind. I want to share with you my current understanding of the human body-mind and soul secrets. Understanding and experiencing this teaching will transform your worldly and spiritual life. I chose the Day of the Guru to teach these secrets to you.” - Dr. Pillai An Overview of the Intensive Syllabus Understanding and locating the sound that animates the body-mind as well as the particles in the Universe. Theme I: Your Particle & Subtle Air Life What is Sound? Sound is particles of light (both in the body-mind as well as in space) which is super-conscious, incredibly blissful, immortal, omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent. (Combined process meditation) Sound is not only light, but also subtle air both inside the body as well as outside. When the breath leaves, the body dies. Experiencing the subtle air (prana) in the nostrils, pituitary, pineal and the brain is the key. (Process Meditation). Theme II: God and You In India, God means a ‘shiny being’, and there are millions of them. They are each in charge of different activities both within the body and without. They are also in charge of events, finance, governance of countries, wars, peace, etc. In fact, theology in the Indian tradition is biology, psychology, physics, business, etc. Gods are inside and outside of the body. Let us illustrate the concept of God inside and outside the body. Take for example Ganesha, the elephant-headed God. Ganesha lives in the subtle body in the root chakra and in the thalamus region of the brain, controlling cognition, as well as sense perception and processing. Similarly, Siva, a supreme God, lives in the heart-chakra as well as the physical heart. He gives you an understanding of duality and leads you into unity. Vishnu, another supreme God, lives in the naval chakra and the solar plexus. He gives an understanding of matter and acquisition of wealth. There are also Goddesses who control supernormal powers. You cannot meditate without a Yantra There are yogic and tantric techniques used to invoke, activate, and experience Gods. Yantras, which are copper plates inscribed with mantras, are the most powerful way of invoking and experiencing the Gods. A yantra serves as a receiver of a particular God’s or Goddess’s energy. The Siddhas who are adepts in the use of mantra technology says that it is through the yantra that the God or Goddess can enter into your body, mind, and soul. Yantras emit subtle rays of light that belong to the God or Goddess. Retreat participants will be given yantras of different Gods and instructions on how to use them. Theme III: You and Your Karma Cleansing Karma and Understanding Time • You can change your job. • You can change your relationship. • You can change your health, weight. Karma is what life is about. It is what you think and do, your diseases, your relationships, and your death. Karma and time go together. Just as there is present, past, and future in time sequence, there are corresponding correlates of karma. Your present karma, which is your job, health, money, relationship, etc. is a continuation and reaction to your past life aspirations, doings, and ambitions. In fact, what is called present is only the past. The past also decides the future. (For instance, most of you have decided where you will be on the July 4th weekend or Thanksgiving. The events are going to happen in the future, but you decided them in the past). Why do you need to know about time or karma? Because you need to change them if you don’t like them. In most cases people don’t like their jobs, relationship, money, health, etc. They want a better reality. Karma and Time: Not Unchangeable. Karma and time are changeable. That means your jobs, relationships, money, etc. are all changeable. There are, however, limits on how much you can change. It is difficult for instance, for everyone to become Bill Gates. Nevertheless, you can definitely change your finances more than comfortably. Planets, Time, and Karma Planets, karma, and time all go together. They account for difficulties in a given individual’s life, uptimes and down times, diseases, health, etc. You should ask why bad things happen to you. You should also find solutions to fix them. It is also important to ask why good things have happened. Good and Bad Things: Both good and bad things are from your memory recollection from past lives. • Promote the good things, good memories. • Build on this for better life, better understanding. The very fact that you have chosen the spiritual path is a good memory from the past. • Get rid of confusion and rationality. They belong to the duality. Theme IV: You and Your Astral and Causal Bodies Using the Astral Mind to Manifest People who have incredible success in their chosen fields (Bill Gates, Einstein) have used their astral mind. Their astral mind becomes part of their daily thinking modality. Every human being has access to his astral and causal bodies, but unfortunately many end up only living his physical body reality. It is my recent finding that the astral and causal bodies can help us solve our physical problems in a dramatic way within a short period of time or no time at all, depending on the nature of our problems. Astral Body The astral body is the subtle light body embedded in our physical body. It is identical to the physical body except that it is made up of light particles. A good description of the light body is given in the Autobiography of a Yogi by Yogananda. After his death, Sri Yukteswar, Yogananda’s Guru, appears before Yogananda and gives a description of the Astral world where everything is done instantaneously and no waiting required like the earth plane. It is important to know that you can access the astral body while still you are alive. How to access your Astral body? You can access your astral body through the following steps: (a) Deep meditation using mantras (b) Deep meditation altering your breathing (c) Deep meditation moving into astral dimensions (d) Deep meditation using your guides, Gods and Goddesses Causal Body The causal body is subtler than the astral body, but more efficient in solving our physical problems. We originate from the Causal body, meaning we have caused the body into existence by thinking about a reincarnation. We caused our money, lack of money, health, or success. By determining the cause of our physical problem, we can easily find solutions and resolve issues quickly and dramatically. Following the same steps discussed in the astral body meditation, you can get into the causal body. In addition, in the causal body processing, you do a three-step Patanjali Samyama concentration to get to the bottom of your problems. Theme V: You and Your God Bhakti: The Path of Devotion The Path of Devotion is the easiest way to melt the heart of the Divine. In devotion, you surrender the body, mind, and soul to God. You have no life of your own. Your ego is erased; there is only Love for God. Ego is the hardest reality to deal with. It is ego that made Eve disobey God. In Christianity, God is Love. But in Hinduism, Love is God. George Harrison’s “My Sweet Lord” is a great example of Love. You can long for God and attain union with Him.
