Air Link Staff and Families

Getting to know our families
We are honored to be involved in the lives of our
surrounding EMS agencies and hospitals. Often, we are
at your hospitals and scenes during emotional and
stressful events. We build special bonds during these
times, and learn to depend on each other. You all
become very special to us, and we enjoy getting to
know you better. Flying safely and safely caring for our
patients is also driven by what we all have waiting at
home for us. We are excited to show and tell.

Wade Wells-Flight Paramedic
Air medicine has always been a goal in my career. After many
years of street medicine I began looking into area flight
programs and decided Air Link would be a good fit for my rural
and urban experience. Patience paid off in 2005 when I got my
shot at the flight medicine. The experience and education has
been incredible. Wade has been with Air Link since 2005.
