“I have a problem with increasing workload in Administrative Services.
Anita has been diagnosed from suffering Occupation Overuse Syndrome
and I have had to reorganise her workload. Part of this process has
involved taking on a temporary word processor operator, Helen. Even so
Greg, Anita’s co worker has been concerned about the amount of work
he has to take on and is worried that he might develop RSI as well. He
also feels that while he sympathises with Anita , his work has become
less interesting and varied.
